You have already seen how to create Google tag manager account and container after that next step is adding container  script on every page of your website .  If you have a static HTML site then you can easily  to that but if you have a content management system based dynamic site then it would be bit technical.
Today we will see how to add this script on blogger (or blogspot )blog which is a free blogging searvice by google . At first copy you google tag manager container script to a notepad . In this script you will see a "&" sign change this-sign with HTML value of & which is "&" this is a required step because this script will be placed on blogger template that require absolute HTML .
here is an example if of tag manager code placed on this blog :

<!-- Google Tag Manager -->
<noscript><iframe src="//www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-WXNDLL"
height="0" width="0" style="display:none;visibility:hidden"></iframe></noscript>
<script>(function(w,d,s,l,i){w[l]=w[l]||[];w[l].push({'gtm.start':
new Date().getTime(),event:'gtm.js'});var f=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],
j=d.createElement(s),dl=l!='dataLayer'?'&amp;l='+l:'';j.async=true;j.src=
'//www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id='+i+dl;f.parentNode.insertBefore(j,f);
})(window,document,'script','dataLayer','GTM-WXNDLL');</script>
<!-- End Google Tag Manager -->

On next  Next step , Go blogger dashboard , click on template , there you will see a button edit HTML
