GOOGLE again warns about link selling

Google have recently Penalized many newspaper website for selling web sites and now a new blog post came on Google webmasters official blog about this . Google was always very clear about this issue that links that passes Page Rank should not be sold but now it is looking much more strict about this issue so that websites may not get PR with out quality content and
natural linking .Google have suggested to put rel nofllow in all paid links so that those do not pass PR .If you do not use this rel nofollow to paid links and google feals that this is one of the paid links the webmasters tool will show a warning message "possibly artificial or unnatural links on your site pointing to other sites that could be intended to manipulate PageRank."

This all is a part of goggles's attempt of giving quality content a better place in SERP and removing spam and non quality content from search engine .
